Meet Conor
Conor is a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s Corporate and Startups & Venture Capital practices, and sits in the firm’s Milwaukee office. Conor’s primary practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. In addition to his M&A practice, Conor represents companies and investors in venture financing transactions, counsels clients on business entity structure selection and organization, and drafts and negotiates commercial contracts. Conor has experience representing clients in a range of industries including technology, manufacturing and construction.
Conor earned an MBA concurrent with his law degree, and while in law school Conor served as Law Review Executive Editor and co-founded his school’s Business Law Society, a school-sponsored student group.
Outside of work, Conor volunteers his time for SecureFutures, a non-profit group focused on providing teens financial literacy skills, and enjoys running and biking along the shores of Lake Michigan.
