Meet Curt
Curt Walther is an attorney in the Corporate practice. His practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, tax planning and general business and transactional matters. Curt has advised clients on every stage of the business lifecycle, from entity formation and capital structure planning, to pre-sale reorganizations and business planning techniques, and to the business purchase and sale processes and shareholder disputes.
Curt currently serves as President of the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association and as a Director on the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Taxation Section and has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business as an Adjunct Professor.
