David Falk

Meet David

David Falk is a paralegal in the Corporate practice in the Milwaukee office with nearly 10 years of experience. He assists with the formation of entities and maintenance of corporate records, as well as with mergers, conversions, acquisitions, and reorganizations. He also assists with due diligence projects and the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, David worked as a paralegal for another Milwaukee law firm and as a Deputy Clerk of Court/Judicial Assistant in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
