Meet Dustin

Dustin Von Ruden is a Shareholder in the Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups. He represents clients in a wide range of real estate development, business transaction, financing, contract and general corporate governance matters. He devotes an extensive amount of his practice to all phases of commercial real estate development and transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, property management, construction, zoning and land use, and entity formation matters.

In addition to his real estate practice, Dustin provides advice and representation on a variety of business transaction, merger and acquisition, corporate governance, banking/finance, and contract matters to banking and financial institutions, private companies, contractors, manufacturing entities, telecommunications companies, entrepreneurs, rural cooperatives and agricultural businesses.
