Meet Emily

Emily Lushi is the Talent Director and works out of the firm’s Milwaukee office. She joined the firm in 2019 and manages multiple staff departments. Emily assists her teams with career development, compensation, coaching and mentoring, and recruiting and onboarding. She also specializes and leads various Talent efforts in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design across all offices.
