Meet Graham
Graham Garland is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. His practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and advising closely held businesses on choice of entity, business formation, and other issues. Graham has worked with clients across an array of industries, including health care, insurance, manufacturing, and food and beverage.
