Meet Graham

Graham is an attorney in Godfrey & Kahn’s Corporate practice. He advises public and private companies and closely held businesses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and general corporate and day-to-day commercial matters, bringing a practical, business-oriented perspective to each engagement.

Graham represents buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures involving publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. He advises clients throughout all phases of a transaction, from diligence and structuring through negotiation and closing, and is known for his practical judgment, flexibility, and client-focused approach. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including industrial manufacturing, distribution, healthcare services, medical devices, life sciences, and professional services.

Graham has particular experience advising healthcare-related businesses on complex transactional and regulatory matters. He represents hospital systems, healthcare provider groups, and other healthcare organizations, as well as medical device and life sciences companies, in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations. He also advises clients on healthcare regulatory considerations, including compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and other federal and state healthcare regulations, and assists with physician employment and professional services arrangements, as well as related governance and compliance matters.

As a former collegiate hockey player, Graham brings a team-first mindset and disciplined, tireless approach to each transaction, drawing on the preparation, resilience, and competitive drive developed at the collegiate level to help clients navigate complex matters from initial strategy through successful closing.
