Meet Isabella

Isabella's practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Isabella was a legal intern at Northwestern Mutual.

While in law school, Isabella was a Student Associate for the University of Wisconsin Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she worked directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses on various transactional projects including entity choice and formation, trademark compliance, and restructuring.
