Meet Jodi
Jodi Klagos is an attorney in the Estates & Trusts practice. Jodi provides clients with a range of services, including assistance with wills and trusts, marital property agreements, business succession planning, estate tax gifting strategies, fiduciary income taxation, estate and trust administration, and probate administration.
While in law school, Jodi volunteered with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where she assisted low-to-moderate income families prepare their tax returns. She also partnered with Wills for Heroes to draft estate plans for local first responders. Jodi also worked as a law clerk for an international manufacturer of cookware and tools, where she reviewed contracts and researched product liability claims.
