Meet Katie

Katie’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and drafting commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Katie was a legal intern for Kohl’s Corporation. While in law school, Katie was a Research Assistant, where she provided research and drafting assistance for many corporate governance centered law review articles on topics ranging from director compensation to COVID’s impact on virtual annual meetings to gender diversity in boardrooms. She also participated on the University of Wisconsin Law School’s moot court board as both competitor and coach as well as Treasurer for the board.
