Kelly Lewandowski’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and drafting commercial contracts. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Kelly was a law clerk at MillerCoors, LLC.
While in law school, Kelly served as an Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review and as a leader of the Academic Success Program. Kelly was also a Student Associate for the Marquette University Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she worked directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses on various projects including entity choice and formation as well as drafting and preparing vesting and operating agreements.
