Meet Kristia
Kristia Anderson is an attorney in the Real Estate practice. Her practice focuses on negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both tenants and landlords for office, retail and industrial space; assisting lenders and borrowers in construction and mortgage loan transactions; and representing a variety of clients in the purchase and sale of office buildings, condominiums, vacant land and apartment complexes.
Kristia was a recipient of the Godfrey & Kahn Fellowship and worked as a Summer Associate at Godfrey & Kahn. While in law school, Kristia served as Co-President of the Latinx Law Student Association and was Articles Editor and a member of the Diversity Committee for the Wisconsin Law Review. In her last year of law school, Kristia clerked at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in their Bureau of Legal Services.
