Meet Laurel
Laurel Foshag is an attorney in the Milwaukee office and a member of the Corporate practice. Laurel’s practice focuses on advising global clients and multinational corporations with legal implementation of complex cross-broader organizational restructurings and entity rationalization initiatives. Laurel’s practice also consists of advising clients on a diverse array of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and business entity and selection, as well as advising on commercial contracting matters, such as preparing and negotiating services, customer and non-disclosure agreements. Laurel advises and represents both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries.
While in law school, Laurel served as an intern for the Office of General Counsel at Bemis Company, Inc. and as an intern for Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler’s Chambers of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. She also served as a Student Associate at the Marquette Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Laurel is a member of the firm’s recruiting and summer associate committees.
