Meet Nick
Nicholas Vlies is an associate in the firm’s Green Bay office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. Nick focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions. His corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, securities, and drafting commercial contracts. His real estate experience includes the development, purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Nick was an associate with a local Green Bay firm. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern for Spectrum Brands, Inc. and he served as a judicial intern to Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also served as a note and comment editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
