Meet Nick
Nicholas Vlies is a shareholder in the firm’s Green Bay office and a member of the Corporate practice. Nick focuses on representing public companies, private equity firms and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, spin-offs and other corporate transactions. Nick’s transactional work includes representing and advising clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions within a broad range of industries. In addition, Nick regularly assists clients with general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, credit facilities and drafting shareholder agreements, operating agreements and commercial contracts.
While in law school, Nick worked as a legal intern for Spectrum Brands, Inc. and he served as a judicial intern to Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Nick joined the firm in 2016 and is a member of the firm’s Professional Development Committee.
