Olivia R. Robinson

Meet Olivia

Olivia is an associate in the Milwaukee office and a member of both the Corporate Practice Group and the Startups and Venture Capital Team. Olivia’s corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, drafting commercial contracts, and tax restructuring for clients in various industries. As a member of the Startups and Venture Capital Team, Olivia represents startups and emerging companies throughout their inception and growth cycle, which includes advising on entity formation, legal aspects of operations, equity and debt financing, and more. Olivia also advises angel investors and venture capital funds in connection with their investment activities.

While in law school, Olivia was a Student Associate for the Marquette University Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she helped with various transactional projects, including entity choice and formation, drafting corporate governance documents, and various equity-based compensation options. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Olivia worked as a legal intern at the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club and as a law clerk for the Marcus Corporation.
