Olivia is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and tax restructuring. She has experience working with privately held companies and private equity firms, providing tailored legal solutions to help businesses navigate complex transactions, raise capital, and drive growth. She also works closely with clients to structure private equity investments, manage portfolio companies, and execute M&A deals that align with long-term strategic goals.

Olivia is also part of the firm’s Startups & Venture Capital practice, representing startups and emerging companies from their inception, throughout their growth, and through exit. She provides guidance on entity formation, operational legal matters, and financing options, including equity and debt structures. In addition, Olivia advises angel investors and venture capital funds on their investment activities, helping them navigate the complexities of funding early-stage companies and negotiating investor rights.

Olivia is experienced in advising clients on sweepstakes, contests, and promotional laws as well, ensuring full regulatory compliance through preparation of official rules, sponsorship agreements, and winner certifications.
