Meet Ryan

A former investment banker and capital markets professional, Ryan brings over 15 years of real-world business and financial experience to his role as a Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist at Godfrey & Kahn. Ryan assists corporate attorneys with transaction-related logistical support and project management matters including due diligence, documentation, closing execution, and post-closing matters. Given his transactional experience and financial analysis acumen, Ryan’s unique perspective and skillset contributes to Godfrey & Kahn’s ability to provide best-in-class client service to its corporate clients of all sizes. 

During his years in investment banking, Ryan worked with lower middle-market public and private company clients to raise equity and debt capital, among other advisory engagements. Prior to investment banking, Ryan began his career as a sell-side equity research analyst, publishing research reports covering the small and micro-cap sector for institutional clients. Ryan is licensed in FIRNA Series 7, 66, 79, 86 and 87.
