Meet Ryan
Ryan Myhre is an attorney with the Banking practice, where he advises clients on a wide range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, asset sales and financial technology. He serves financial institutions of all sizes, with a particular focus on addressing the unique challenges faced by regional and local community banks.
With over a decade of experience as general counsel for a closely held Wisconsin-based community bank, Ryan brings deep, hands-on knowledge of the day-to-day issues facing community banks and ownership groups. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking. Prior to attending law school, Ryan gained valuable experience as a loan officer and consumer lending analyst, providing him with a unique perspective on both the operational and business aspects of banking.
