Meet Alex
Alex is an associate in the Corporate practice. Alex’s practice focuses on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, debt and equity financing and general corporate matters. Alex regularly advises clients on stock purchases, asset purchases and mergers, representing businesses in a variety of industries involving both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. In addition, Alex guides clients on other corporate law matters, including complex commercial contracts, corporate governance, succession planning, employment and consulting arrangements, and other business related matters.
While in law school, Alex served as Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review and worked as an Academic Success Program Leader, helping first-year students with Contracts and Constitutional Law. He also worked as a research assistant to Associate Dean Matthew Parlow and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
