Torres is an associate in the Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financial institution regulation and compliance, capital formation, general securities matters, and loan portfolio sales. Torres also assists clients in structuring promotional contests and sweepstakes. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California – San Diego and received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
