Meet Rick

Rick Bliss is Of Counsel at Godfrey & Kahn. Throughout his law practice, Rick has represented buyers and sellers in substantial transactions involving a wide range of industries, including specialty chemicals, dental equipment and supplies, communications and publishing, food and general manufacturing. In addition, he regularly provides counsel on corporate governance matters and counsel regarding succession planning in family businesses. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors of several charitable foundations and numerous community organizations as well as public and private corporations.
