Robert Chritton is a member of the Corporate Law, Real Estate and Tax Practice Groups in the firm’s Madison office. Robert's practice has an emphasis on business mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations. He advises clients on a wide variety of tax matters, represents borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions, and handles many types of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, construction and land development.
