Meet Bill

Bill Plummer is Of Counsel in our Green Bay office and a member of the Corporate practice. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and other transactional work.

In the transactional area, Bill represents both buyers and sellers of businesses, as well as lenders, borrowers and equity investors. In the general corporate area, Bill is experienced in advising companies in all stages of development from formation to exit strategies, as well as advising business owners in their personal, financial and other planning concerns. Bill lectures frequently on buying and selling businesses and business succession planning.

Bill strongly believes that a lawyer needs to understand each client's business, personal and family goals in order to provide proper legal counsel. In his 20+ years of practicing law with the firm, Bill's greatest accomplishment is reflected in the fact that so many of his closest friendships have grown from what started as strictly lawyer-client relationships.
