Meet Chuck
Chuck Vogel is Of Counsel in the Corporate and Health Care practices in the Milwaukee office.
Chuck represented business clients across diverse industries and provided counsel regarding a wide range of business issues and transactional matters, including day-to-day business law concerns and transactions as well as business acquisitions, dispositions and combinations. Chuck acted as an outside general counsel tonumerous privately-held clients of the firm. He also served as a member of the board of directors of various privately-held companies and was Chairman of the U.S. subsidiaries of a European pharmaceutical company for more than 24 years.
In his healthcare practice, Chuck handled the full range of health care joint ventures, acquisitions and affiliations. His experience included developing specialty hospitals, acquiring and disposing of ambulatory surgery centers and medical practices, structuring hospital-physician co-management arrangements, and merging and and consolidating medical practice groups and other providers. He also provided counsel to hospital boards regarding affiliations, mergers and participation in joint operating agreements.
Chuck joined the firm in 1973 and has served on its Board of Directors.
