Tools for Wealth Planning: Private Fund Investments

Andrew Spillane participated in a panel of advisors as part of the Family-Owned and Closely Held Bank Retreat, sponsored by the Wisconsin Bankers Association. There, Andrew presented on investing in venture capital and private equity funds by community banking organizations and their ownership families. The presentation discussed the overall structure of these investments, market intelligence regarding financial and strategic risks and returns in these funds, and regulatory issues affecting these investments unique to the banking industry.
