• Represented health care system client in Service Employees International Union – Health Care Workers (SEIU – HCW) negotiations and prepared for labor contract expirations.

• Defended health care system against health care whistleblower claim.
• Advised medical device provider in connection with HIPAA breach investigation by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR). 
• Assisted health system board of directors with acquisition of medical center. 
• Defended multiple health care system clients in employment discrimination claims. 
• Advised health care provider on response to repayment demand from payor. 
• Assisted medical services client response to the Office of Inspector General’s Notice of Sanctions in conjunction with the WI Medicaid Program. 
• Represented physician group in multi-year contract negotiations with health care system.
• Assisted health care client with obtaining advisory opinion from HHS Office of Inspection General.
• Coordinated breach notification efforts for health care system to patients, the media, and Health and Human Services, following large HIPAA breach. 
• Advised ambulance provider regarding health care professional services agreements with health care system.
