MILWAUKEE (Aug. 13, 2026) – Godfrey & Kahn is pleased to announce that Shareholder Christie Carrino has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 40 & Under List, which recognizes leading young litigators across the United States.

Carrino is a seasoned litigator and antitrust counsel who represents clients in high-stakes litigation and advises on a variety of antitrust matters. Her practice spans antitrust defense, non-compete and trade secret litigation, government and internal investigations, and commercial contract disputes. She also regularly advises clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-merger compliance and merger investigations.

Clients value Carrino’s ability to deliver creative and efficient solutions, with a focus on early resolution and proactive dispute prevention. Her experience includes defending clients in multidistrict antitrust litigation and enforcement actions involving the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission, as well as advising companies and individuals in sensitive government investigations.
