Meet Christie

Christie Carrino is a seasoned litigator and antitrust counsel who represents clients in high-stakes litigation and advises clients on a variety of antitrust matters. Her practice spans a wide range of disputes including antitrust defense, non-compete and trade secret litigation, government and internal investigations, and commercial contract disputes.

Christie has defended clients in multidistrict antitrust litigation and enforcement actions involving the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission. She frequently helps accounting firms navigate government investigations and litigation across the country. She further advises companies and individuals in sensitive matters involving the DOJ, FTC, SEC, and state attorneys general. As a commercial litigator, Christie prevailed on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Seventh Circuit, following successful oral argument. She further has secured dismissal of a multitude of complex cases through dispositive motions.

Christie also regularly advises on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-merger compliance and merger investigations, including counseling clients on the competitive implications of mergers and acquisitions, strategies for obtaining regulatory approval and navigating and responding to Second Requests from the antitrust authorities.
