Conover is an attorney in the Administrative & Regulatory and Political Law Practice Groups. He works with clients to navigate and comply with campaign finance, ethics and lobbying laws. He also counsels clients on administrative rulemaking and advises bidders seeking government contracts during the procurement process. He provides associations and businesses with research and analysis related to a variety of public policy issues and represents client in administrative and regulatory matters before state agencies, boards and commissions.

Bausch is an attorney in the Investment Management Practice Group. He assists mutual fund clients with matters related to fund formation, registration statement preparation and ongoing compliance. He also counsels investment advisers on matters related to SEC compliance and private fund clients with respect to federal and state regulatory requirements.
