Laura practices out of the firm’s Appleton Office. She focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, general business law issues, and commercial real estate matters. Laura has experience representing a wide range of public and privately-held businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation and logistics, professional services and technology and telecom providers.
