Meet Laura

Laura Meronk is a shareholder and member of the Corporate and Real Estate & Construction practices, practicing in the Appleton and Green Bay offices. Laura's practice focuses primarily on buy-and-sell side acquisitions, debt and equity financings, general business law issues, and commercial real estate matters. 

Laura's primary goal is to serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to her clients. To accomplish this, Laura works to serve clients by first understanding their business needs and personal/ family goals, and then by offering strategic legal advice and smart, practical solutions. 

Laura’s transaction practice includes representative matters involving both strategic and financial buyers and sellers, with a particular depth of experience with privately-held and family-owned sellers. Laura's transaction experience includes a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, food production, transportation and logistics, professional services and technology and telecom providers.

In addition to her experience as a transactional advisor, Laura regularly consults with clients on general corporate structure, contracts, risk management and other business law concerns. Laura often serves in a capacity similar to an outside general counsel, advising a number of the firm's public and privately-held clients regarding issues they raise in real time.
