
MILWAUKEE, WI (Oct. 16, 2017) ─ Godfrey & Kahn attorney Patrick Murphy was appointed Vice-Chair of the Banking Law Committee at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2017 Business Law Section Annual Meeting. Previously, Murphy served as the Co-Chairman of Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Initiatives subcommittee of the ABA Banking Law Committee.
Murphy is a shareholder in the Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Group. Patrick concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, bank and bank holding company formations, general securities, financing transactions, and regulatory and compliance matters.
