Wendy is a paralegal in the firm’s Green Bay office, supporting the Corporate and Securities practices. She has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field and specializes in corporate transactions, including entity formations, acquisitions, mergers and ownership succession matters. Her experience also includes due diligence, common and preferred stock transactions, the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, state annual report filings and Uniform Commercial Code statement filings and searches.
