MILWAUKEE (Nov. 9, 2020) – Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. is proud to announce the addition of Kate Campbell to the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity and Technology & Digital Business practice groups.

Campbell’s practice focuses on advising clients in a variety of matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy. She counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (EU) (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation. She also assists clients with establishing data privacy programs, information security programs, information handling, data breach prevention and data breach response and remediation. She holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Prior to Godfrey & Kahn, Campbell practiced in the litigation departments of top firms in Washington, D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles.
