Angelica Hutchins is a member of the firm’s Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & Technology practice.
Angelica’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide array of matters related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology transactions. She counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Angelica also assists clients with establishing data privacy and information security programs as well as contractual arrangements with technology vendors.
While in law school, Angelica was lead articles editor for Marquette University Law School’s IP and Innovation Law Review. She also held leadership positions with the local and regional chapters of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA), and volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience assisting clients with their most pressing legal issues. Angelica worked as a Summer Associate at Godfrey & Kahn for two summers and was a recipient of the Godfrey & Kahn Fellowship.
