Meet Ashley
Ashley Madsen is a member of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice group as well as the firm’s Technology & Digital Business practice group.
Ashley’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide array of matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy. She counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Ashley also assists clients with establishing data privacy and information security programs, information handling, incident response plans and security standards and policies.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Ashley worked in the legal department of a Milwaukee-based manufacturer, providing guidance on data privacy policies.
