Meet Ashley
Ashley is an associate attorney on Godfrey & Kahn’s Labor & Employment team. She advises employers on day-to-day employment matters, as well as represents them throughout wage and hour and unemployment audits, and employment discrimination claims. She also drafts and reviews employee handbooks and policies, and prepares restrictive covenant, employment, and severance agreements for her clients’ use with employees situated across the U.S. Ashley provides in-person and remote trainings to management, employees, and Human Resource professionals on topics such as compliance with wage and hour, anti-discrimination, and anti-harassment laws. Prior to working at Godfrey & Kahn, Ashley gained valuable litigation experience at a local law firm and had the honor of clerking for Judge Stadtmueller in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Ashley spends time outside of the office volunteering for Sojourner Family Peace Center’s Volunteer Action Legal Team, and previously spent several years volunteering at a local dog rescue.
