Meet Audrey

Audrey Cook is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice. Audrey assists clients with various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts.

While in law school, Audrey was a Student Associate for the University of Wisconsin Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she worked directly with entrepreneurs and small businesses on various transactional projects including entity choice and formation, copyright licensing, and restructuring.
