Helaina Metcalf is an associate in the Milwaukee office and a member of the Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration Practice Group. Her areas of practice include wills and trusts, marital property agreements, business succession planning, estate tax gifting strategies, fiduciary income taxation, estate and trust administration, and probate administration. She works with her clients to develop creative and individualized planning solutions to achieve their personal and financial goals in a tax efficient manner.
Helaina also serves as a member of Godfrey & Kahn’s Estate, Trust & Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. Helaina works alongside her litigation colleagues to represent and counsel fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and grantors in a wide range of estate and trust administration disputes.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Helaina worked in Specialty Markets at Northwestern Mutual. Helaina graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Certificate in Tax Law.
