Meet Josh
Josh is an attorney in the Investment Management practice. His work includes representing investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and closed-end funds, as well as investment advisers on matters involving SEC compliance and reporting, registration, corporate governance, and general business issues. Josh also advises on the regulatory, operational, and ongoing securities law compliance issues of unregistered funds.
While in law school, Josh served as a contributing editor for the Iowa Law Review. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant in The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
