Meet Julia
Julia Karajeh is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice group. Her practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts.
While in law school, Julia clerked for the 7th Judicial Circuit Court in Michigan and the Michigan Department of the Attorney General. She also served as a Managing Editor for the Michigan State Law Review.
