Kathryne E. Keough

Kathryne Keough is an attorney on the Investment Management Team. She represents investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds, and investment advisers with respect to SEC compliance and reporting obligations, fund registration, corporate governance, and general business matters. Kathryne assists with the preparation of fund registration statements, shareholder reports, proxy statements and other SEC filings and coordinating with SEC staff.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Kathryne provided securities-related regulatory support for registered fund clients of a large financial services company. Kathryne also provided research support for compliance and investment personnel of an asset management firm.
