Meet Nolan
Nolan Heck is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice. Nolan assists clients with various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts. Nolan’s background in accounting helps him bring a unique perspective to complex legal issues for our business clients.
While in law school, Nolan volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, where he gained hands-on experience assisting clients with their most pressing legal issues. Nolan also participated in Moot Court and was the President of Marquette’s Tax Law Association. Nolan enjoys volunteering and staying active through golf, basketball, biking, fishing and skiing.
