Meet Ryan

Ryan Larson is an attorney in the Business Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. Ryan focuses his practice on commercial financing and distressed assets. Ryan represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing facilities, including asset-based lending, mezzanine financing, subordinated debt transactions, loan restructurings, forbearances and workouts. In addition to providing commercial financing-related services, Ryan regularly assists clients with distressed transactions, including Section 363 sales, Article 9 transactions and receiverships. Ryan also represents creditors, debtors and receivers in bankruptcy court and state court receivership actions.

While in law school, Ryan volunteered with the University of Minnesota Law School Business Law Clinic.
