Meet Yamilett
Yamilett is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate practice. She focuses on advising global clients and multinational corporations on the legal implementation of complex organizational restructurings and entity rationalization initiatives. She excels in coordinating with domestic and international legal counsel and specializes in providing clients with innovative, practical solutions that facilitate cross-border restructurings.
In addition to corporate reorganizations, Yamilett’s practice encompasses various aspects of corporate and securities law. She assists with public and private securities offerings, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance. She regularly counsels clients on securities law reporting obligations, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, as well as compliance with stock exchange requirements and insider trading policies.
