Barbara Gurican is a member of the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Barbara's practice focuses on general corporate matters, including manufacturing, supply, purchasing and distribution arrangements, securities transactions, including private placements, and a diverse array of commercial transactions. Barbara leads the firm's contract services group and reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad spectrum of corporate contracts and agreements. Barbara advises and represents public and private companies in a wide variety of industries.
Barbara earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1995, cum laude. While in law school, she was a note and comment editor on the Wisconsin Law Review and clerked for the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. Barbara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Vermont, cum laude, where she was selected to membership in the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.
