Meet Andrea
Andrea is a shareholder in the firm's Milwaukee office and a member of the Corporate practice. Andrea’s practice focuses primarily on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures for companies of all sizes and in various industries. Andrea also assists clients with all stages of business, from formation, financing and capitalization, to exit strategies, as well as general governance and corporate matters, including preparing and negotiating shareholder, operating, customer, supply and distribution agreements.
Andrea joined the firm in 2012 and serves on the firm's Business Development Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea was an associate in the transactional practice group of a local Milwaukee firm where she also advised clients on various matters related to tax, succession planning and various business transactions.
