Michael Dwyer

Mike Dwyer is of counsel on the Real Estate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. He has a reputation as a problem-solving deal maker, having counseled landlords, tenants, developers and investors in some of the more prominent real estate transactions in the state. He frequently represents developers in tax incremental financing development projects and has assisted clients in major retail developments and off balance sheet office leasing transactions throughout the country. He has experience managing large, multi-state real estate transactions, yet has the professional flexibility to handle the more typical real estate matters generated by the Firm's clientele on a timely and cost-effective basis.

Past noteworthy projects include representing the Green Bay Brown County Stadium District in the renovation of Lambeau Field, assisting Williams Development Corporation and Irgens Partners, LLC in the renovation of the historic Gimbels Department Store in downtown Milwaukee into a mixed use condominium, and representing Irgen Partners, LLC in the development, leasing, financing and ultimate sale of the GE Healthcare headquarters building in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
