Meet Patricia
Patricia Falb is a shareholder in the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Patricia represents a variety of privately held companies and their owners and executives, as well as institutional investors on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Patricia's practice is focused on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and private equity transactions of all sizes and across a variety of industries. in addition, Patricia provides counsel on general corporate matters including corporate governance, strategic commercial agreements, executive compensation, ownership succession and numerous other matters.
Patricia is a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
