Meet Dani

Dani Machata is a shareholder in the firm's Milwaukee office and a member of the Corporate practice. Dani's practice focuses primarily on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures and general corporate matters, including manufacturing, supply and distribution arrangements and corporate governance matters.

Dani serves on the firm's Compensation Committee. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Dani was an associate in the Corporate Finance practice group at Dykema in Detroit, Michigan.
