Kevin’s practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions involving technology solutions, including software licensing, software as a service, hosting services and professional services, and advising clients on matters of data security and privacy in connection with such transactions, as well as other general commercial transactions involving supply, purchasing and distribution arrangements.
