Meet Chris
Chris Noyes is Of Counsel in the firm’s Milwaukee office and a member of the Corporate practice. With a practice that encompasses general corporate, corporate governance, securities and corporate finance issues, Chris represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine and senior debt financing, and public and private equity and debt transactions. Chris serves as a director of several private companies and provides legal and strategic and corporate governance advice to businesses and their management and boards of directors.
Chris has served two terms as President of Fox Point Lutheran Church and served on its Executive Committee and Church Council. Chris recently completed a two-year term as Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy – Wisconsin and continues as a member of its Executive Committee. Chris is Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Rock the Green, Inc. He is the President of the Village of River Hills and serves on its Board of Trustees. He has been involved with a number of charitable organizations over the years, including the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters, and Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee.
